Well~ Finally sold my Wii. I haven't used that thing in a full year, so I figured it was time to cash in on that untapped income. I never downloaded content, or bought very many games (only bought things like Resident Evil Umbrella Chronicles, or Trauma Center). And one of the guys at work gave me puppy-dog eyes for it. That sort of stuff doesn't work on me. But money does 8)

Used the money to preorder the new Dissidia PSP coming out in August 8| I've already gotten 12 games set aside for when I buy the damn thing, and Marc wants me to get Monster Hunter so we can play and slaughter monsters together! Sounds fun!

With trade ins, I've already fully paid for my PSP, and put a good payment down on the remake of Silent Hill 1, with $100 left over from the Wii-transaction in my pocket. Little nervous about that one, but I'll still play it ;;;

As soon as I saw the Dissidia game reviewed by Cyfis, I knew I had to get it ;;; Now I want the soundtrack too ;;;

The store has been pretty slow lately. It's driving me crazy, because they've started tracking every district employee's progress, and I've been the top performer three weeks in a row ;;; It makes me nervous and high-strung to keep up the work ;;; So I've been distracted and stressed and haven't been sleeping well 8|

And now there's nothing to do online. Hoping my Siren's Tear sells well on the auction house, cause I need the gold ;^; But my AH luck is terrible.

BORED. So, I guess I'll play Dynasty Warriors or something 8|

I've been thinking of trading in my first-gen PSP for the new one...do you think that's a good thing to do? I actually don't use it that much, never really having the time... But, I would if it had that tv-connection option.

Do you think it's a good idea?

Well, there's a couple things to consider. I know you take good care of your stuff, but they don't make first-gen compatible accessories anymore, so if you lost your battery or cables or anything like that, you're out of luck.

The new ones are slimmer and slightly bigger screens are resistant to glare... Plus, even though it's bundled with Hannah Montana shenanigans, there is a nice purple psp bundle coming out that comes with a 2 gb memory card. OR, you can get the Dissidia bundle, which is a silver one (woulda been cooler if it had something to do with FF, like the Japanese one ;; ) with Advent Children umd and Dissidia and a 2 gb memory card.

They do have a tv connection option (again, can't find the first-gen stuff ;;), and there's also a way to connect to a PS3 should you have or obtain one.

If you don't plan on using it too much, I'd say skip the new one and make sure you take care of the old one. BUT, if you might get a good amount of use out of it, swap up to the new one!

We must! I'll have to put my foot down about certain days off once in a while, lol!
