Another hot day... Had to actually wear shorts and a tank top for this one...

Spent most of the day, though, gathering eggs for the Noble Garden event. As it is, I just have to slap bunny ears on the Alliance girls, and lay an egg in Un'Goro... So, I could already be finished, but I want to get the last egg-driven item: the tux shirt.

I hope I finish early, so that I can play with the Argent Tournament before Children's Week begins. I wanna get the titles that go with it.

So, our store was having a sale this weekend (B2G1 on used items), so I picked up Transformers, Virtua Fighter 5, and Bullet Witch. The Transformers one is the Cybertron Edition 8| ::geek::

Somehow, I've completely wounded my hands this week. Several cardboard cuts, and one wound is a cut ON a rather painful bruise. Luckily, it hasn't really prevented any sort of functioning, but it's still kind of... funny? I dunno. I don't like to consider myself careless, but maybe I really am and just don't realize it?

Anybody else expect the new Star Trek movie to be completely full of fail? Of course, Dan fully expects it to be good (He's a Star Wars fan, btw), and, I QUOTE, thinks it's "a good idea to main-stream a series so more people can enjoy it" LKAHGJLAHUFGASKJG ASJ WHAT. If you have to change the story so that other people will enjoy it, they are not enjoying the story. They are enjoying something else. Same goes for changing the way the show is - i.e. adding more 'action' scenes, changing the gender of characters, inserting UST between characters.

Oh OH I was called a 'game elitist' the other day! By someone who has, maybe, 6 games on his xbox profile. All main stream games. While I have almost 100. L-Lol, I'll play anything and pretty much like most of it. I just roll my eyes at certain games that gain popularity for silly reasons, like Grand Theft Auto. The game itself is not all that bad, but not all that interesting either. The majority of people who play it just want to (to quote Andrew) 'have sex and then kill the hooker to get the money back' Sigh.

Guess I'm done complaining! 8D Guess I'll try to go do something productive.
