Guild grievances

belltriggerYou'd think that people you see nearly every day would tell you, during your intense discussions about WoW, that they left your guild. Instead, I had to find out when my guild members are all annoyed that people left to join exlusively raiding guilds. That's three people in the last few months.
One was expendable, since all he cares about is other people doing things for him. The second one is so-so, but I consider him a friend, so it's disappointing. And the third was our guild's MAIN healer, so I've been relegated to sort of being the healer, even though I'm a Retribution Paladin.
Grr. Annoyances.
