Oh, I don't mind when people are cranky for legitimate reasons. But seriously. A coworker of mine specifically told a customer, they were grabbing the game at the counter, and the customer got mad at me because I didn't walk to the other end of the store to get him the display copy. That's not cranky; that's pure dumb.
