You ain't gotta prayer, you owe me!

Played Mercenaries 2 last night with Marc. FOR A LONG TIME. Uhm, try till 4:30 or so in the morning, when he had to be in at work at 8.... Oops. I think he fell asleep at the end, because his Mattias stopped moving, and he didn't say anything when I asked him over the headset. I can only assume he got into work mostly on time, because I didn't get a call from Dan or anything...

But the game's real fun on co-op! Marc did most of the driving while I got in the gunner seat. Got a lot of achievements for it too 8) 12, I think? Aiming to get the one where you play with one of the developers, but I'm not good enough to play with one of them, I think :( Maybe I'll settle with making one of guys I know play with them, and then bum the achievement off them... :|;

After Marc... fell asleep? ... I went to try and play Army of Two. While it's a bit more difficult in regards to controls, I like Rios and Salem's relationship a lot more than Mattias and his comrades 8) Someone described them as being like those old cop buddy films where they go all "NOOOOO" when they're partner goes down, and they really are! 8D It's cute..... er, uh, I mean, a true manly relationship 8|; The comic has Rios with some woman named Samantha, but she hasn't shown up in the game yet... No problem with her inherently, but one thing she says makes me roll my eyes. It's something along the lines of "As your fiance, I'm allowed to make you late to work"

... Uhm, no. No, you're not. Just because you're sleepin' with a guy, and gonna get married (eventually, when he doesn't have a job instead of your wedding), that doesn't mean you can inconvenience other people. I think that's the most obnoxious thing a couple can do - assume because they're sleeping together, the rest of the world will stop for them, and think they're sweet/cute/a lovely couple.

Anyhoo...

Last day off until the conference is over and Marc and Dan come back! XO
