Random Wow-ing and other such things
Aug. 15th, 2008 04:14 pmI... have reached level 40! ::pose:: FINALLY. Ohoho, at the same time, I reached revered with Ogrimmar. And then went to get artisan in first aid. >8| I keep getting lectured by Dan that I'm 'not leveling up right' but I've noticed that I'm a higher level than him, with higher rep ACROSS THE BOARD... So, I dunno: everyone in the store says to not listen to Dan when it comes to Wow...
By this point, I'm just mostly humored by what he says. He's stopped complaining so much to my face now that I gave him pretty good cloth shoulders that work with his mage.
Was pushed by Andrew to create a character on his IceCrown server, and be Alliance. So I made a night elf druid named Belltrigger. Mind you, as a blood elf, I don't really like the troll-based night elves. I'm much more of a draenei person, but Andrew was also a night elf, so I figured he would at least be in the same area...
Got a bunch of dvds on sale from Amazon and I still haven't gotten to watch them 8| Or the episodes of Big Bang Theory that I've downloaded. Or played more of Meet the Robinsons, or any of the other games that I have. Orz. Haven't gotten much else done, haha, except for leveling Frozenbara, and even that I've been lazy with...
waah, I want a Illuminati Super-Skrull action clix, but there's a whole rigamarole in order to obtain it >8|
... at least I am getting a Wow stein ::rubs hands together:: mwahaha
Oh, speaking of~ So Marc wants me to get into the WoW tcg, right? So I picked up a starter deck (night elf priest was my starter hero), and a couple of packs from the Roxbury GameStop and we went to his fave comic shop, Dark Tower Comics. We played a bit there, and laughed while the people there played Soul Caliber 4 (amongst other fighting games), and I somehow won. I'm pretty sure Marc went easy on me, and he constructed his deck on a similar level as the starter deck I had. But as we were leaving, we browsed a bit. I picked up part of Death in the Family (where Jason Todd is killed), and a few dice for the WoW TCG... and a three packs of WoW boosters. In the last booster, I got the Ethereal Plunderer loot card O_O
... this is the first time I've ever gotten a RARE card in these TCGs.... It's selling for quite a bit >_>;; I-I really should sell it once I get over the rush of having actually found it.
In other notes, there needs to be more time in the day so I can do everything I want to do 8|
