Now I need a drink!
Got a lot done in WoW today! I feel accomplished, even though it was mostly low-level stuff that I did. I defended Crossroads, for example, from a marauding night elf Death Knight. ... Five times. The guy just wouldn't go away ;;; Even though I thoroughly destroyed him each time.
Also another step closer to opening Ogri'la, which I need for the Christmas holiday. Played around in Battlegrounds for quite a bit, did the holiday and the daily battlegrounds too. Got new gloves and a medallion of the horde, even though I really don't necessarily need one. I have more important trinkets already.
Little frustrated, as one of my guild-mates is depressed and talking about quitting WoW. She gets this way whenever she drinks ;;; Starts doubting her boyfriend, playing but being completely unintelligible, gets all angsty ;;; Not to sound unsympathetic, but I'm playing WoW because it's fun, not to get depressed ;;
Also, I don't know her boyfriend very well; he's our guild-master, and I've only just started to get along with him recently. But, as far as I can tell, he's not a bad guy, especially with her. She's kinda clingy, though, so I don't know how he feels about that, but he didn't call her *one* day, and she thinks he doesn't like her anymore ;;; It's all sort of weird, but I'm the last person to ask about relationships, so I can't say if it's working or not.
Ah well.
Spider Forest. Confusing and dull and nothing really scary. Sigh! There were spiders but it was some whole 'they're really forgotten spirits' kinda thing that I suppose was supposed to be sad and scary but it was all very ho-hum.
School Killer, the Spanish horror flick I got was ... kinda corny. It was like most American teen horror movies where the teenagers are horny drug users that all get killed slowly during very specific circumstances, and yet they don't come up with common sense solutions. I... don't really know how I feel about the movie. It was... more satisfying than the other one, though, somehow. Probably cause I could actually follow the plot!
